PHASE 1 | THE BASICS

The path to your goals begins by establishing your baseline, developing a foundation of proper form and fitness education, and preparing your body to move with confidence. Our in-depth and innovative assessment addresses your “wants” (i.e.: increase strength, balance, coordination, energy, mental focus, etc.) and assesses your “needs” (i.e.: mobility, posture, bone density, asymmetries, compensations, etc.). The outcome is a fully customized -never cookie-cutter- personalized program.

PHASE 2 | THE BUILD-UP

You’ve progressed through the basics-with this newly developed foundation-it’s now time to focus on your goals. Each session in this phase is curated to challenge your foundation through functional training methods. Variety and accountability create a synergistic effect that is measurable and qualitative in your everyday life. The teamwork between you and your trainer is the key to your long-term success.

PHASE 3 | THE BREAKTHROUGH

This phase involves creating a fitness bucket list you thought never achievable before you started your journey. Have you ever wanted to climb a mountain? Do a pull-up? Get your golf swing back? Improve your pickle-ball game? This phase is another shot at new milestones in your life.
