PHASE 1 | THE BASICS
After child-birth (and medical clearance), our first phase focuses on regaining lost mobility, correcting postural imbalances, re-engraining functional movements, and lengthening/activating dormant muscles.
PHASE 2 | THE BUILD-UP
Phase two dials up the notch of your journey by emphasizing core stability exercises, breathing techniques for improving cardiovascular endurance, increasing muscle tone, and even tracking hormone/menstrual cycles!
PHASE 3 | THE BREAKTHROUGH
This phase unleashes a limitless strength training and cardio regimen. A strong emphasis is placed on aesthetics to get you to lose any baby weight you may have gained during pregnancy.
