PHASE 1 | THE BASICS

Your pre-natal fitness experience starts with an in-depth evaluation to understand your fitness history and seamlessly transition you into our program.

PHASE 2 | THE BUILD-UP

This phase focuses on ramping up your strength training, mobility, and functional movements to prepare you for daily motherhood movements (i.e.-picking up your baby from their crib).

PHASE 3 | THE BIRTH-PREP

Our last phase prepares you for the big day. We slow down movements and emphasize breathing techniques for labor, meditation, and low impact exercises.

As a professional dancer I’ve always understood the importance of movement, strength, and conditioning but especially during pregnancy, when the body goes through immense changes. During my second pregnancy I decided to seek out the personal guidance and training from the Pre-Natal program at Rehab Lab. Working with the coaches at Rehab Lab on strength and mobility training during my 2nd/3rd trimester truly helped me deal with the sciatic pain and SI joint pain that had been plaguing me for months. Our one-on-one sessions provided me with the confidence I needed to get a structured workout routine going and helped me feel stronger in my everyday activities as well as when I decided to go back into my daily dance training postpartum.
