STEP 1 | THE BASELINE

Post physical therapy results are evaluated and incorporated into your personalized exercise regimen. Our proprietary functional screening process is used to identify any lingering strength and mobility deficits you may have. With this information, we are now ready to develop a plan suited to meet your needs, with your pain history in mind.

STEP 2 | THE BRIDGE

It's time to get to work. This phase is the marriage between your performance goals and your injury history. Continuity of care with your doctor of physical therapy ensures that any necessary tune-ups along the way are quickly addressed and efficiently refocused to avoid setbacks along the way.

STEP 3 | THE BREAKTHROUGH

Similar to the final stage of our performance programs; this step involves creating a fitness bucket list you thought never achievable after your injury. Have you ever wanted to climb a mountain?
