Based on the highest level of research about pain science, we will customize your treatments using hands-on techniques and holistic movement methods to finally get you out of pain, regardless of your scary diagnosis.

OUR PROVEN METHOD HAS 3 PHASES OF REHABILITATION:
1. Release Tension
2. Regain Mobility
3. Retrain Movement
1. RELEASE TENSION
The purpose of phase 1 is to decrease pain. We perform gentle, but specific, hands-on, soft tissue release methods, to get you out of severe pain as fast as possible.
We will guide you through breathing techniques to help your Central Nervous System stay calm during this process.
Only once your pain has drastically improved, can we move onto the next phase of our program.
2. REGAIN MOBILITY
Once your pain has been eliminated, the focus shifts to regain flexibility in the muscles that surround your site of pain.
The goal is to create space and get your joints moving well -above and below your injury- so that the hypersensitive tissue stops overworking and compensating.
Lastly, isometric and eccentric exercises are utilized to strengthen your muscles at their end ranges. This grants the joints access to greater ranges of motion in a shorter time span.
3. RETRAIN MOVEMENT
This last phase of recovery combines holistic movement methods such as Pilates, Yoga, and strength training to teach your body and mind how to re-integrate natural movement without fear or hesitancy.
Without this final phase, your body runs the risk of regressing and experiencing temporary bouts of pain.
